Deze dc-dc converter is geschikt om laptops die op 19 of 20 Volt DC werken ook op 12 Volt te laten werken. De converter kan afgeregeld worden op elke gewenste spanning hoger dan 12 Volt naar een spanning van 19 of 20 Volt tot maximaal 30 Volt. Zo is er voor laptops geen adapter op 230 Volt AC meer nodig.

Met de verloopset 8 of 28 delig verkrijgbaar met allemaal verlooppluggen zodat elke laptop welke dc ingangsplug het ook heeft op deze converter kan worden aangesloten.
